ICON is seeking a Senior Design Build Project Manager II to lead their Design-Build projects, primarily focused on the new El Cosmico project in Marfa, Texas. This role involves integrating ICON’s proprietary technology to optimize building processes and manage projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the entire design-build lifecycle and will be a leader across all phases.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in construction project management or related technical field
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency using project management software tools
  • Ability to interact well with others in person, verbally, and in writing
