Role OverviewAs a Senior Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of new battery products in a fast-paced environment. You will lead technical resources and provide clear engineering information to facilitate trade-off decisions. You will also develop and maintain build test plans and methods to ensure project efficiency.

You will lead technical resources and provide clear engineering information to Project Leaders and the Global Engineering teams. You will also develop and maintain build test plans and methods between milestones to ensure project efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Master's preferred
- 5 years of design experience
- Proficiency in 3D CAD – ProE, Solidworks, NX, or similar as well as FEA
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge, problem solving, and experience in process development and design evaluation
- Experience designing lithium-ion battery cores and power routing
- Experience with manufacturing process – Injection molding, stamping, and plating
