Job Description
BDO's Creative Services Senior Design Specialist is a visual storyteller that creates compelling visual solutions for clients, events, trainings, and speaking engagements. The role requires strong communication, writing, and editing skills, as well as creative adaptability and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Designs and produces PowerPoint-based and interactive visual content
  • Designs and produces visual content for print and digital/interactive environments
  • Edits images, formats text, and creates custom charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics
  • Reviews and edits engaging copy and messaging for presentations and other deliverables
  • Leads and/or provides significant support on presentation and design projects
  • Works independently and collaborates with other team members and internal clients
  • Researches and understands firm audiences and makes appropriate structure, layout, and imagery recommendations
  • Supports the creation, evolution, maintenance and modification of master PowerPoint templates and internal, editable PowerPoint graphics resources
  • Champions the BDO brand to ensure all marketing and communications reflect the firm's messages, positioning and visual identity
  • Maintains team digital file management system and follows backup best practices
  • Identifies industry, design, and presentation trends, and focuses on building technical knowledge
