Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and highly organized Designer to join our growing Jaclyn division. The role is responsible for designing and developing innovative sleepwear collections across various distribution channels.

Design trend-right sleepwear collections, research market trends, create seasonal concepts, and develop comprehensive tech packs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 4+ years of apparel design experience, with direct experience in sleepwear required
- Experience in loungewear, intimate apparel, or adjacent categories is a plus
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, and product development processes
- Proven ability to create detailed tech packs and communicate design intent effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required; Photoshop proficiency preferred
- Experience working within PLM systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to proactively manage seasonal calendars and key milestones
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience designing for Walmart or other large-volume retailers is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Passion for fashion, trends, and product innovation with a strong eye for detail and commercial product development
