Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior-level SQL Server and ETL developer with deep expertise in SQL Server 2022/2025, advanced T-SQL, SSIS, data integration, and analytics. The role owns client data onboarding, master data management, ETL development, production support, and data quality.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead client onboarding and implementation projects, design, develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages, manage daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data loads, and support master data integration and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- 6+ years Microsoft SQL Server experience, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later
- 5+ years hands-on SSIS development
- Advanced T-SQL skills including stored procedures, views, functions, reconciliation, and data analysis
- Experience supporting enterprise ETL and operational data environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, mathematics, information technology, Business Administration required Or master’s degree in computer science, computer application or Business Administration required
- Healthcare, payer, claims, eligibility, provider, or membership data experience
- Power BI and Tableau experience
- Advanced T-SQL and SSIS experience
- Data warehouse and master data management concepts
