What You Will Do
Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship. Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers.

Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program
- 1+ years of successfully completing tasks with limited supervision
- Clean driving record
- Must have own tools
- Must have or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time with occasional overnights and perform 50% or more work offsite/in the field
- Ability to work flexible/on-call hours
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional documentation and communication abilities
