Job Description
As a Senior Digital Brand Designer, you will be responsible for bringing Bentley’s brand to life across digital-first brand and marketing experiences, designing visually distinctive and strategically grounded work across web, digital campaigns, product marketing, social, and interactive touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital brand or visual design
  • A portfolio showcasing digital brand systems, marketing campaigns, and expressive digital experiences
  • Exceptional taste in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong understanding of design systems, tokens, components, and scalable workflows, particularly within Figma
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design workflows and a strong interest in emerging creative technologies
