As a Senior Digital Designer (Web & UX) at Interactive Strategies, you'll be hands-on in shaping how causes engage their audiences through creative solutions. You'll contribute to high-profile and challenging engagements, gathering insights and translating them into meaningful designs and UX deliverables. You'll lead a seasoned team, mentoring and collaborating with others to elevate the work we do every day.

You'll deliver highly conceptual, strategically grounded designs and UX deliverables, crafting elegant user experiences that meet our clients' important goals. You'll also be a leader on a seasoned team, mentoring, inspiring, and collaborating with others as you contribute to some of our most high-profile and challenging engagements.

We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer (Web & UX) who is creative, strategic, innovative, well-spoken, committed, passionate, curious, and friendly. You should have 7+ years of experience in UX and web design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to design in a variety of styles. You should also be adept at developing logos and visual brand systems, and comfortable building nuanced creative narratives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX and web design
• Strong portfolio with a large collection of inspiring work samples
• Ability to design in a variety of styles and execute unique-yet-functional solutions
• Experience developing logos and visual brand systems
• Ability to build nuanced creative narratives and confidently pitch work to executive teams
• Experience managing and mentoring more junior designers
• Multi-dimensional skills, such as illustration, typography, motion design, or front-end coding
