Role OverviewJoin Amgen's mission to serve patients by working as a Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts. This role will help accelerate Amgen's adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) and strengthen product management capability. You will work with individual product teams to improve how products are defined, prioritized, measured, and delivered.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts, you will embed with individual product teams to help them shift from output to outcome mindsets. You will apply product judgment to help teams clarify business and user problems, define measurable outcomes, strengthen product strategy, and improve roadmaps.

Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
- Master's degree and 6 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
- Associates degree and 10 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
