Senior Digital Product Manager, Product Operations - Playbook & Training

Join Amgen's mission to serve patients by scaling the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) as a Senior Product Manager, Product Operations - Playbook & Training. You will create, maintain, and facilitate practical materials for product teams to adopt DPOM consistently. This role will translate product management practices into clear, usable, enterprise-ready guidance.

What You Will Do

The Senior Product Manager will own DPOM playbook content, product management standards, templates, examples, self-serve guides, formal training, and accelerator workshops. You will create materials that help teams define product vision and strategy, understand user and business problems, develop roadmaps, define OKRs and KPIs, prioritize opportunities, conduct discovery, clarify roles and decision rights, and connect product work to measurable outcomes.

Alternatively, you may have a Master's degree and 6 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, or programs.

• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, or programs
