Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager, Product Operations - Tech Enablers & PDLC will help define, evaluate, and scale the tools, platforms, AI agents, workflows, and broader Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) infrastructure that enable Amgen teams to practice modern product management. This role will be responsible for tool evaluation and adoption, product requirements, and enablement for the systems and workflows that support Amgen rolling out the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM).

What You Will Do

Own product requirements, evaluation, and adoption support for tools and platforms that enable DPOM and modern product management practices. Evaluate tools, platforms, AI agents, and workflows that support product strategy, discovery, roadmapping, OKRs, prioritization, intake, requirements, stakeholder alignment, delivery, measurement, documentation, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
  • Master’s degree and 6 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
  • Associates degree and 10 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
  • High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related experience
