Role OverviewWe're hiring a Senior Direct Support Professional to provide quality care in a positive and empathetic manner to autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals. The role involves supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site. The position requires a strong desire to work with individuals with disabilities.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing supervision to direct care staff, being in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager, and providing supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in a related field desirable
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
