Job Description
Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director of Philanthropy to lead its philanthropic initiatives, including capital campaigns, endowment growth, and planned giving programs. The successful candidate will have 8 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising and will be responsible for securing major gifts, leading comprehensive fundraising and capital campaign initiatives, and managing a staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, advancement, or external affairs
  • Experience in multi-cultural healthcare organizations is highly desirable
