Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Director – Strategic Capture Management to lead $100M + single award capture efforts DoW Civilian Augmentation Programs (CAP), LOGCAP Program Office and other key CAP customer sets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading successful capture efforts and delivering results in a fast-paced large corporate environment.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years’ experience in business development, capture management, or program management (or equivalent military experience) with a focus on DoW Civilian Augmentation Programs (CAP)
  • Proven ability to develop, capture and win large (in excess of $1 billion at the IDIQ Level and $250 million at the task order level) Civilian Augmentation Programs.
  • In-depth customer knowledge of Army Sustainment Command, LOGCAP Program Office, and other key CAP customer sets.
  • Experience in business development, capture management, or program management with OCONUS Base Operations and Support (BOS) contracts.
  • Experience with ITAR/EAR, supply chain, procurement, facilities management, vehicle maintenance, sustainment, food service, disposal, medical services, bulk and retail fuels management, and other key service areas related to CAP and BOS.
