Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Advocacy and Practice Development provides strategic leadership for SIR's policy, advocacy, revenue cycle, and practice development portfolio. This position leads a high-performing team responsible for government relations, health policy, revenue cycle, and practice development initiatives. Working closely with physician leaders, volunteers, external stakeholders, and senior staff, the Senior Director helps shape strategies that advance the specialty of interventional radiology within the rapidly evolving U.S. healthcare system.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategies that strengthen the position of interventional radiology within the healthcare landscape. Identify opportunities to advance physician practice, patient access, reimbursement, and specialty growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, physician leadership, and staff regarding healthcare trends, market forces, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare policy, healthcare delivery, physician practice strategy, healthcare consulting, payer relations, advocacy, or association management.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex portfolios.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare delivery and payment systems.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with physician leaders, volunteers, and diverse stakeholder groups.

- Salary range: $165,000–$180,000
