Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director Ambulatory Operations to manage outpatient clinics in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will work in partnership with department and health system leadership to ensure the successful management of an assigned portfolio of outpatient clinics. The role involves overseeing operational and financial performance, coordinating institutional resources, and executing health system strategic initiatives. The Senior Director will be responsible for final budgets, business development plans, and operationalizing clinical programming. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing, or a related discipline, and at least 8 years of health care management experience, including 5 years at the manager level or above in ambulatory practice management.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing, or related discipline
  • 8 years or more years of health care management experience
  • 5 years of experience at the manager level or above in ambulatory practice management
  • RN) REGISTERED NURSE licensure in the state of Texas or professional certification by the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and/or American College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE/FACMPE)
  • Experience in an academic medical setting
