Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel

Requirements

• J.D. from a top law school with a strong academic record and bar admission in good standing (preferably in Illinois)
• 8-12 years of high-volume contract work, with at least 3-5 of those years in one or more in-house roles
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements and organizing a high volume of legal work
• Strong understanding of data protection laws and data privacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Rigorous and thorough legal analytical skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to work as part of an accomplished, dynamic legal and risk organization
