Job Description
ASRC Federal is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives supporting DoD, focusing on expanding ASRC Federal's presence in Defense and Intelligence, including cyber, Zero Trust, S/W Development, AI, engineering services, intelligence support, data analytics, etc.

Requirements

  • Develop and manage a multi-year pipeline aligned with ASRC Federal's Defense and Intelligence business.
  • Shape and influence opportunities early in the acquisition lifecycle through direct customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and solution development.
  • Identify and lead pursuit strategies including shaping, teaming, and proposal phases.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key DoD customers.
  • Lead customer and industry engagement plans to position ASRC Federal as a preferred solutions partner.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with capture, proposal, pricing, and technical solution teams.
  • Contribute to long-term growth strategies, annual operating plans, and investment prioritization within the Defense & Intelligence portfolio.
