Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Career Coaching will lead the day-to-day operations and management of the Full-time MBA Careers team at NYU's Stern School of Business. They will develop and implement strategies, policies, and innovative programs to ensure Stern students are positioned for success across various industries. The Senior Director will direct the strategic alignment and implementation of industry-specific coaching networks and provide individual coaching to students.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing career coaching programs, directing the delivery and operations of career coaching and programs for full-time MBA students, and providing individual coaching to students. The Senior Director will also develop and track metrics to understand the effectiveness of coaching programs.

Benefits
- Annual base salary range: USD $105,000 to USD $145,000
