Job Description
Abridge is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Success to lead a team of Clinical Success Directors and Nursing Clinical Success Directors. The role involves team leadership, clinical enablement, change management, and product feedback. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in people leadership, and a clinical background.

Requirements

  • Clinical background required: MD, DO, PA, NP, or RN with direct experience in documentation workflows (Epic preferred).
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in people leadership—preferably leading clinicians or clinical success/adoption teams in a high-growth or health tech setting.
  • Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows, provider needs, and the cultural nuances of provider adoption.
  • Experience managing enterprise change management efforts across diverse care teams and specialties.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams with empathy and clarity.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
  • Passion for building tools that truly improve the lives of clinicians and the quality of patient care.
