Job Description
The Senior Director of Corporate Governance will oversee the Office of the Corporate Secretary, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. Responsibilities include reviewing and finalizing Board materials, presiding over Board Meetings, and executing logistics related to Board Members. The role will also involve coordinating with the Special Advisor for Corporate Governance and Audit, serving as an advisor to the Board Members, and managing personnel matters and departmental budget.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience subsequent to admission to any bar
  • 18 months of experience in the supervision of other attorneys in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity, or performing highly complex and significant legal work
