Role OverviewThe Sr. Director, Design leads the design process for all Specialty and Restaurant brands, providing strategic leadership to the Design team and the broader organization. This position oversees the design team's efforts to create innovative and striking designs that satisfy brand requirements.
What You Will Do
The leader will direct production of test-fits and concept design activity for all brands, actively partner with Chief Brand Officers and brand leads, and monitor and hold accountable the team's progress towards set goals.
