The role involves defining and executing the enterprise ERP roadmap, ensuring stable and cost-effective support of legacy ERP platforms, and partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executive stakeholders to drive project completion, measurable outcomes, and sustainable platforms.

Requirements

  • ERP Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
  • Define and maintain a multi-year ERP strategy centered on continued rollout, optimization, and scaling of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain)
  • Establish a pragmatic coexistence and sunset strategy for legacy ERP platforms
  • Delivery & Value Realization
  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for ERP initiatives, including scope, budget, timeline, risk, and benefits realization
  • Drive a culture of execution discipline, ensuring projects reach completion and deliver tangible business outcomes rather than prolonged transformation cycles
  • DevOps, Support & Platform Reliability
  • Establish and mature DevOps-aligned deployment and support models for D365 and related platforms
  • Business Partnership & Industry Alignment
  • Act as a trusted technology partner to Operations and Finance leadership, demonstrating fluency in manufacturing and production environments, supply chain and inventory management, cost accounting, financial close, and compliance
