Job Description
The Senior Director, Executive & Internal Communications at The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a pivotal role partner with the Interim Executive Director and the CEO to build a strong culture and ensure effective communication. This role focuses on fostering engagement, alignment, and empowerment through strategic messaging, content creation, and engagement activities. The senior director will also assist with the development of communications plans and support executive leadership with strategic insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic communications position
  • 4+ years in an internal communications role
  • 2+ years C-suite experience (administrative, supportive, advisory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field
  • Experience in a matrix organization
