Role Overview

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA’s Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to influence and help deliver our broad strategy, providing strategic decision support and insights to guide EA’s performance. You will work a hybrid work model defined as 3 days a week in an EA office.

What You Will Do

Partner with senior leaders across the business, including our SVP / General Managers, Heads of Operations & Publishing, Executive Producers and their leadership teams to support all financial elements associated with the successful execution of our Shooters / ARPG strategies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles. Partner cross-functionally to develop & manage operating metrics that support financial planning. Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using modern ERP and FP&A planning platforms
  • Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics and decision-making
