Role OverviewThe Sr. Director, Finance - IS is responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the Industrial Solutions (IS) division of Alkegen, representing approximately $600 million in annual revenue. The individual will provide strategic direction and partnership to the IS Group President and associated senior leadership team.
What You Will Do
Acts as the business partner to the Group President and senior leadership team to analyze and predict financial results and develop strategies for driving EBITDA and mitigating risks to achieve business plan. Lead a highly engaged global IS finance team across multiple countries and time zones.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
- MBA preferred but not required
- 5 years of related experience in a global, multi-site leadership role, preferably manufacturing
- 10+ years of total experience in finance/accounting capacity, with P&L leadership
- Strong understanding of financial systems, consolidations tools (Onestream), ERP platforms (i.e. SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling
- Track record of building and leading global teams
- Experience prioritizing capital investments and establishing an annual business/strategic plan
