Role OverviewPark City Mountain is seeking a senior resort leader to shape one of the most visible and high-impact parts of the guest experience at the largest ski resort in the US. As the strategic business leader for Food & Beverage, this role is accountable for the performance, growth, and long-term success of 11 outlets, two warehouses, and banquet operations across a dynamic, world-class mountain resort.
What You Will Do
Own the performance of the resort’s Food and Beverage business, delivering revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the resort’s F&B portfolio. Serve as a strategic member of the resort senior leadership team, shaping the vision for the resort, contributing to resort-wide business decisions, guest experience strategy, workforce planning, capital planning, and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in a complex, high-volume hospitality, resort, or food and beverage environment.
- Restaurant and resort experience, preferably in a seasonal or mountain destination setting.
- ServSafe and TIPS certifications, or ability to obtain required certifications prior to start.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, InfoGenesis, or similar workforce, financial, and point-of-sale systems.
