We're looking for a Senior Director of Franchise Media to join the EA Growth Marketing Organization, reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to lead a modern media organization, transforming how we generate and capture demand through an integrated media system.
What You Will Do
Advance EA's media approach, delivering scalable and profitable Net Bookings growth. Partner with Publishing and Studio leadership on a performance-oriented investment strategy, aligning media targets to commercial and franchise objectives.

Requirements
- 15+ years' experience in brand and performance media, with a proven track record managing investment across PC, console, and mobile ecosystems
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success managing wide spans of control and navigating complex, matrixed global organizations
- Experience managing large-scale AAA game media budgets
- In-depth understanding of Media Measurements and Media Ecosystems
- Exceptional ownership, accountability, and a proven ability to build ways of working to solve complex business needs
- BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field
