Consult with internal business groups, design and develop full-stack applications, develop high-quality code, architect and implement AI-powered solutions, and lead technical discovery and innovation initiatives.

- Experience with modern application frameworks, containerization technologies, relational databases, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of software architecture, security principles, privacy controls, and enterprise application design
- Experience implementing vendor-specific and structured development methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated mentoring experience
