Virtusa Corporation is seeking a Senior Director to lead and scale multiple global portfolios across AI, Application Development, Support, and Testing engagements.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of overall experience
  • 5-7 years at Director/Senior Director level
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L and complex global delivery models
  • Strong hands-on leadership across AI/ML initiatives, application development, L1-L3 support, and testing/QA
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and portfolios simultaneously
  • Deep experience working with global clients and culturally diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of modern delivery models: Agile, DevOps, SRE, AI-driven support and QA
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
