Role OverviewDirects and coordinates all aspects of the Company's global tax function, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and proactively managing tax risk. Develops and implements the Company's global tax strategy in support of business and operational objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement the Company's global tax strategy, provide strategic tax advice to executive management, direct quarterly and annual tax accounting activities, and oversee U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax compliance activities.

Requirements
- 15 or more years of progressively responsible corporate tax experience
- Substantial multinational tax experience
- Extensive experience in U.S. federal, state, local, and international taxation
- Significant experience with ASC 740 tax accounting and financial reporting
- Extensive experience in international tax planning, transfer pricing, and multinational tax compliance
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing OECD Pillar Two requirements
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Government contracting tax matters
- Experience managing complex tax audits and tax controversy matters
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA, Master's in Taxation, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
