Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Information Technology Services (ITS) oversees the execution, performance, and day-to-day operations of the ITS function, including Infrastructure, Applications, Data/Analytics, IT Operations, and Security. This role partners with the CIO and executive leadership to translate enterprise technology strategy into operational execution.
What You Will Do
Provide senior leadership, management, and accountability for the ITS department to ensure reliable, secure, and effective delivery of technology services that support organizational goals and operational needs. Oversee the daily operations of ITS functions, including infrastructure, applications, data management, IT operations, and service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.

- Experience overseeing multiple IT areas (e.g., infrastructure, applications, data, and security).
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, or a similarly regulated environment.
