Role OverviewThe Senior Director, IT Operations will lead MOCJ's IT service delivery, technical support, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. The Director will supervise the Network Security and Infrastructure Manager and two Service Desk Technicians and ensure that MOCJ's technology services are secure, reliable, responsive, and aligned with agency needs and citywide standards.

The successful candidate will oversee daily IT operations, service-desk performance, infrastructure management, cybersecurity coordination, incident and problem resolution, change management, and technology continuity.

Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- associate degree from an accredited college or university along with two (2) years of experience with administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory or liaison responsibilities
- four-year high school diploma, or its educational equivalent approved by a state's Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization along with four (4) years of experience as described in question "2" above
- satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to that described in questions "1," "2," and/or "3" above
