Role OverviewThe Sr. Director, Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment (Americas) serves as the primary legal partner to Human Resources and business leaders on labor and employment matters across the United States and Canada.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic and day-to-day advice on labor and employment matters, draft and negotiate employment-related agreements, and oversee employee relations matters.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- At least 10+ years of significant labor and employment law experience, preferably combining experience at a nationally recognized law firm and an in-house legal department within a multinational organization.
- Deep expertise in U.S. federal, multi-state, and Canadian employment laws, including employee relations, workplace investigations, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong legal analysis, drafting, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
