Role OverviewThe Senior Director of Procedures will work closely with the Executive Director to develop goals and deliverables for the unit, and will supervise staff in complex research projects. The role requires extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and City regulations and Agency policies and business practices. The Senior Director will work with program areas to develop policies and procedures, and will represent the interests of the Office of Policy, Procedures, and Training in high-level planning and implementation meetings.
What You Will Do
The Senior Director will work on developing policy and procedural documents, monitoring technology policies and business practices, and facilitating meetings and presentations on significant policy issues. They will also collaborate with other departments and agencies to develop forms, pamphlets, and other materials required for the implementation and management of social services policy and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field and two years of experience in budget administration, management analysis, or personnel administration. They will also have 18 months of experience in an executive, managerial, or supervisory capacity, including supervising staff performing professional work.
