Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Non Performing - Credit & Asset Management will oversee and resolve a portfolio of non-performing and/or Real Estate Owned assets managed for one of Trimont’s key clients. The role requires advanced Excel proficiency, case writing, and negotiation skills, with a strong foundation in commercial real estate operations and finance.
What You Will Do
Maintain market knowledge, manage relationships, coordinate with vendors, monitor asset performance, review financial reports, and develop resolution strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in portfolio servicing and/or asset management
- In-depth expertise in commercial real estate debt operations
- Extensive knowledge of complex commercial real estate structured finance transactions
- 7+ years of experience leading diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success managing high transaction volumes within tight deadlines
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
