Job Description
Azerion is seeking a Senior Director of Client Services to lead and scale its Client Services organization. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple regions, driving client retention, revenue growth, and margin health across a significant book of business.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in an adtech, media, or agency environment
  • Proven experience leading multiple teams, pods, or regions with direct people management responsibility
  • Strong expertise in client services leadership, account growth strategy, and revenue ownership
  • Advanced understanding of media planning, forecasting, pricing models, and margin management
