What You Will Do
Create and execute a comprehensive development strategy, identify and track grant funding opportunities, lead and supervise a team of development staff, and cultivate relationships with funding partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit development, grant writing/management, or related fundraising roles
- Experience managing government contracts and/or foundation relationships
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
