Role OverviewThe Senior Director of Learning and Development will lead and oversee company-wide learning strategy and programs. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the organization to analyze, design, develop and evaluate learning and development offerings for the business.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement training tools, measure their impact, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving training needs. Create content, manage the distribution and delivery of content, and measure the impact of learning programs to inform future investments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of related organizational development experience, with some experience in a leadership role overseeing learning curriculum design, facilitation, and training strategy, and supporting talent development and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree is desirable
- A minimum of 10 years of related organizational development experience
- Implementation of LMS is highly desirable
- Experience in fast-paced healthcare provider setting is preferred
- Highly competent and experienced in learning principles and contemporary learning theory and practices
