Requirements

  • Proven understanding of the creative process from ideation to prototype to production
  • Experience in studio operations, people systems, planning, facilities, and shared services
  • Strong project management skills, including visibility into team capacity and priorities
  • Ability to track key operational metrics and take action when risks appear
  • Leadership and management experience, including talent growth initiatives and workforce planning
