The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead all aspects of the revenue cycle process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, maximizing collections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial strength, compliance, and operational effectiveness of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of revenue cycle management experience
  • At least 5 years of direct management or leadership in a healthcare organization
  • Proven leader with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in revenue cycle operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of current behavioral health industry trends, regulations, and policies
  • Strong foundation in medical terminology
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid working knowledge of patient accounting systems and clearinghouse functionality
