Job Description
The NYC Department of Finance is seeking a Senior Director of Property Tax System (PTS) Development and Support to lead the design, configuration, coding, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions for the City's property tax system.

Requirements

  • Provide strong technical leadership to vendor consultants and staff technologists.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Solutions Delivery Office, and UX Designer to align with long-term IT strategies.
  • Review existing system functionality and business processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for continuous system enhancement and modernization.
