Role OverviewThe Senior Director, Rare Epilepsy HCP & Payer Marketing, leads the overall Neuro Rare Epilepsy HCP marketing strategy and develops integrated commercialization initiatives to support successful launch readiness, market shaping, and long-term business growth.
What You Will Do
Lead HCP personal, payer-related, non-personal, and omnichannel marketing efforts across the Rare Epilepsy portfolio, drive integrated customer engagement strategies, and oversee integrated go-to-market planning, omnichannel engagement, and field readiness initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience
- Previous people leadership/management experience
- Proven expertise in strategic HCP marketing, customer engagement, launch planning, disease-state education, payer marketing, and commercialization strategy
