Role OverviewWe're looking for a Sr. Director of Engineering to lead and grow the team behind AX's next generation of B2B tools. You will lead the team on a multi-year journey building best in class application that enables our live event customers to create, configure, sell, and manage events.
What You Will Do
You'll partner closely with your product counterpart to shape both the direction of the product and the underlying technology that makes it possible; sequencing the work, derisking the hard problems, and making the architectural calls that serve fans and clients at scale.

Requirements
- 7+ years of technical and management leadership experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building software platforms
- Experience coding in .NET or Node.js
- Experience working in a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment
- Experience working with and deploying to cloud environments
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools and best practices
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
