Requirements

Lead cross-functional execution from venture inception through scale
Design and institutionalize scalable operational frameworks
Collaborate deeply with legal, privacy, and compliance teams
Draft and deliver executive communications
Facilitate structured collaboration across domains
Champion continuous improvement
Strong command of Agile and Scrum frameworks
Operational rigor and technical fluency
Experience integrating and aligning with privacy, legal and compliance functions
Proven ability to lead resource planning, budgeting, and hiring efforts
