This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual.

Requirements

  • Monitor case queues and resolve escalations.
  • Conduct quality audits and track recurring issues.
  • Partner with Product, Risk, and Engineering to surface edge cases.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and summarize key findings.
  • Experience in payment disputes or fraud risk management.
  • 5+ years experience in payment disputes or fraud risk management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
