Role OverviewAs a Disruption Designer, you will guide government clients through our Design Intelligence framework, incorporating human-centered and design thinking methods to focus on people impacted by transformation and change.

Responsibilities include participating in discovery, conducting workshops and interviews, synthesizing research and data, developing communication and change management plans, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
- 4+ years of experience in change management and well-versed in change management best practices and models
- Demonstrated experience in current state assessments, future state visioning, and communication planning
- Demonstrated experience conducting user and stakeholder interviews and synthesizing data and insights into personas, action, and training plans
- Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management
