Role OverviewThe Senior Document Production Associate is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for clients. The role involves performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, exercising independent judgment, and utilizing established procedures to edit, proofread, and complete document production requests.
What You Will Do
The Senior Document Production Associate will perform tasks such as coordinating document production services, troubleshooting software or hardware problems, utilizing logs and/or tracking software, meeting contracted deadlines, communicating with peers and clients, and adhering to company policies.
