Role OverviewThe Sr E-Commerce Specialist is a high performing contributor that facilitates and supports the execution and optimization of Mohawk’s consumer facing ecommerce experience for brands such as Mohawk Flooring, Pergo Flooring, and Karastan.
What You Will Do
Own the consumer shopping journey, collaborate with teams to create and execute content updates, plan and develop content strategies, lead AEO, GEO, and SEO strategy, and support conversion optimization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or equivalent related experience.
- Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies.
- Experience working in an online or omnichannel environment
- Knowledge of CMS, CRM, analytics tools, AEO/GEO/SEO, paid media, and digital technologies.
