Job Description
The Auditor of State's office is seeking a Senior Economic Crimes Counsel to investigate and prosecute fraud in government. The successful candidate will serve as a Special Prosecutor, provide legal and investigative advice, and conduct legal research.
Requirements
Admission to Ohio Bar
Knowledge of substantive and procedural law and Westlaw computerized legal research
Strong legal writing skills
Interpersonal communication
Judicial clerkship and similar experience preferred
Experience as a prosecutor (or relevant courtroom experience) required; experience with white collar, economic crimes and fraud cases preferred
